How do I order title services?
You can submit a title order using our online Title Order form or email the relevant transaction details to orders@purvisco.com. Include the property address, contract information, parties, and expected closing date when available.
Can I schedule a closing in Lady Lake?
Yes. Closing and signing appointments may be arranged at our Lady Lake location. Please contact our office or schedule an appointment in advance.
Do you handle commercial closings?
Yes. We coordinate eligible commercial title insurance, escrow, and closing transactions throughout Florida. Nationwide commercial coordination may be available through appropriate underwriting and local settlement relationships.
Can you assist with a 1031 exchange?
We can coordinate settlement requirements for transactions involving a 1031 exchange. Qualified intermediary services are arranged separately through Purvis & Company Exchange. Contact exchange@purvisco.com for additional information.
Do you offer remote closings?
Remote signing and remote online notarization may be available, depending on the transaction, lender approval, title underwriter requirements, and applicable law.
