Please use only our designated secure forms or other approved secure delivery methods to provide sensitive information.

5. Title, Escrow, and Payment Providers
We use Qualia and other authorized service providers to support title, escrow, closing, payment, and transaction administration.
When you access an independent Qualia service, including a payment interface, that service may process information under its own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Our website does not necessarily receive or store the complete payment credentials entered into an external payment service.
6. Section 1031 Exchange Information
Purvis & Company Exchange collects information for requested exchanges and coordinates submission through the exchange management system at exchange-manager.com.
Purvis & Company 1031, LLC is the identified qualified intermediary, subject to the applicable exchange agreement.
Accruit supports the exchange program through its exchange administration services. Exchange information may be shared with the qualified intermediary, exchange administrator, authorized transaction participants, and providers needed to administer the exchange.
Applicable agreements and the independent providers' privacy practices may also govern the services they deliver.
8. Information Sharing
We may share information when reasonably needed to provide requested services or satisfy legal obligations, including with:
- Title insurers, underwriters, and transaction participants.
- Lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and their authorized representatives.
- Qualia and authorized title, escrow, and payment service providers.
- Purvis & Company 1031, LLC, Accruit, and authorized exchange administration providers.
- Zoho and other providers supporting forms, website operations, communication, storage, and security.
- Government authorities, regulators, courts, insurers, and professional advisers when appropriate or required.
We do not sell customer Social Security numbers, title files, or exchange records to data brokers. We do not share customer information with unrelated third parties for their independent advertising merely because someone submits a title order or exchange request.
9. Financial Privacy Notice
We provide customers with a separate financial privacy notice addressing the handling and disclosure of applicable nonpublic personal information under federal and Florida law.
That notice is separate from this Website Privacy Policy and applies according to its terms and governing law.

We generally retain title, escrow, and exchange transaction records for at least seven years, or longer when required by applicable law, contract, litigation hold, or legitimate business needs.

We use security measures designed to protect information, including encrypted form submissions, multifactor authentication, and restricted access to sensitive records. No electronic system is completely immune to security incidents.
